Day 3 – 19.04.17

So today was a really awkward day, I had an out of work meeting to go to so I couldn’t really plan out my day fitness wise.

Anyways, I tried my best with meeting times and availability of food I could have around the location.

Morning : Homemade shake- oats, coconut milk and berries 

Lunch : Chicken & Pepper Skewers with slaw. (Naughty but the chicken was dry) i already started to eat it sorry lol .


Dinner : The Soy chicken with mixed peppers. I added in mushrooms & onions. 

I had 4 blocks of hazelnut choc. More nut I swear but I’m not going to try to lie to myself or you here!
